Moeraki Boulders

The Moeraki Boulders are unusually large and spherical boulders lying along a stretch of Koekohe Beach on the wide beachy Otago coast of New Zealand.

They seriously look like dinosaur eggs... and i guess they are a little mystery to scientists on how they have retained such a round shape thoughout the past thousands of years.. (I just hold onto the hope that they are fossilized eggs..way cooler..)

The shore was covered with these shells...so cool!
